How do we make sure the data is accurate and constantly maintained

The onboarding process lasts 4-5 weeks and goes through automated and structured manual data quality assurance procedures.

The Service Delivery and the Partner Success Teams release data upon sign-off.

Any detected anomaly or correction needed is immediately checked with the retailer’s data owner, and the first approach is to correct the data on the sending side.

If this is not possible, data changes can be adjusted on eRetail Audit Marketplace Database upon official approval.
