Your “Account in Review” email now shows more data and compares results year-over-year.

What’s improved:

  • Up to 5 rows per section (categories, brands, segments)

  • Year-over-year comparisons:

    • Week vs same week last year

    • Month vs same month last year

  • Analysis week clearly shown at the top

📦Returns Handling: Accurate Sales, Even with Returns
Know what you really sold — not just what was ordered.

Returns are now fully supported, so your metrics reflect net sales, not inflated totals.

What’s new:

  • Negative and mixed transactions supported

  • Sales metrics use net values (positive + negative items)

  • Basket metrics include only net-positive baskets

📊Across the App: “Not Specified” Values
Totals that always add up — even when data is incomplete.

Missing basket data is now grouped under “Not Specified”, instead of being silently excluded.

Why this matters to you:

  • No more unexplained gaps in totals

  • Confidence that every sale is counted

Dimensions updated:

  • Age Group / Gender

  • Shipping Country, City & ZIP Code

  • Customer Class / Customer Typology

Products that belong to multiple segments are now counted only once in segment totals.
