The template uses CSV format, which is the only supported format for the uploader.

The template includes all the information you would input in the "Create New Campaign" screen in case of a single campaign creation. These are:

Things to avoid when completing the template file and common errors

Leave no spaces between words and only use a comma "," to add multiple values like in the example (Image 1).
Complete all mandatory columns.
In case the campaign medium is left empty, we will by default assign "Banners"
Accepted values: newsletters, social_media, google_cpc, banners, on_site_paid_ranking, pdp_optimization, coupons, sampling, offline, on_shelf_tag
In case the campaign omnichannel source is left empty, we will by default assign "eshop"
- Accepted values: eshop, mobile_app, physical_store, third_party_sales, rest_sites, other_sources, phone_sales, international_sales
Promoted Products, Promoted Brands, and Promoted Categories must not have values at the same time.
The accepted combinations are:
- Promoted products
- Promoted brands
- Promoted categories & brands
Complete the Campaign Cost field, to avoid causing an error when uploading the file, as the field is mandatory for the campaign creation.
Campaign Target accepted values: sales_ms, sales, units, orders
Make sure that the Campaign Target Value has only one input.
- Value can be zero (0) if needed.
Banners placement targeting and internal promotion names should only have value in case the campaign medium is banners. In any other case, an error will be caused.
