📢Store Visibility in Campaign Results
🔹 What’s New?
We’ve enhanced the Campaign Results page to improve visibility for offline activations in stores. Now, the Store, Omnichannel Source, and Omnichannel Subsource used in the campaign setup will be displayed directly in the campaign info, eliminating the need to open the edit screen.
💡 Why This Update?
Clients provided feedback that when viewing results for campaigns set up for offline store activations (Omnichannel Subsource), the store information wasn’t visible in the campaign details. This required extra steps to check the setup. To streamline this process, we’ve added:
Store Name: Displayed directly in campaign info.
Omnichannel Source & Subsource: Shown partially, with full details accessible via tooltip (since values can be lengthy).
🏷 Where You’ll See It
You’ll find these new fields in the Campaign Results section under Marketing Impact:
🔹 Store Name – Directly visible in campaign info.
🔹 Omnichannel Source & Subsource – Partially visible, with full details in a tooltip.
🚀 Benefits
✅ Saves Time – No need to click “Edit” to check store details.
✅ Better Campaign Insights – Quickly reference store and omnichannel info.
✅ Improved Usability – Tooltip ensures clarity while keeping the UI clean.
This enhancement makes it easier for users to track their offline activations without extra navigation. Stay tuned for more updates! 🚀
