Customer Intelligence now includes a new Repurchasing Behavior card, giving you deeper insight into how often customers come back and how quickly they repurchase.

What’s new:

  • “Baskets per Customer” renamed to Repurchasing Behavior

  • Three new metrics available:

    • Purchases per Customer → Average number of purchases per customer

    • Repurchase Rate → % of returning customers

    • Time to Repurchase → Average days between repeat purchases

  • Products Out of Stock metric hidden when irrelevant

  • Grayed-out segments in Sales Pulse with warning tooltip

  • Split large segments

  • Refine segmentation logic
