🎉New Feature Alert: Invoiced Sales

Introducing a new enhancement to eRetail Audit Marketplace -Invoiced Sales! This feature allows you to gain valuable insights into your sellout data by providing a dedicated view for invoiced sales.

⚙️ Switch to "Invoiced Sales" Tab

Next to the default "Ordered Sales" tab, you'll now find a new tab labelled "Invoiced Sales." When selecting “Invoiced Sales” in the tab, the results on the page, charts, and overview below will now only include invoiced sales metrics. This means that pageviews (category/product and total) and buy rate metrics, will not be shown in this view.

📅 Filtering by Invoice Date:

When selecting a period, keep in mind that you'll only see invoiced sales during this time frame. For instance, if a product was ordered in April but invoiced in May, this sale will be reflected in May's invoiced data, not in April. However, this sale will be reported in April’s ordered sales since this was the time the order was placed.

🔍 Accessible for All Plans:

Whether you're on the Collaborate or Partner plan, you can take advantage of the Invoiced Sales feature.

🤔 Why Invoiced Sales Matter:

Invoiced Sales provide essential insights into the actual product demand, enabling companies to manage inventory levels more efficiently. This feature helps prevent overstocking or stockouts, optimizing the use of resources and reducing holding costs.

🔄 Leveraging Both Ordered and Invoiced Sales:

  • Accurate Forecasting:

When used together, ordered and invoiced sales data enable more accurate forecasting.

  • Benefits for Planning and Goal Setting:

This combination is beneficial for production planning, resource allocation, and setting realistic business goals.
