✨ September Product Updates

This month starts where trust begins: a fully redesigned onboarding flow that puts security first. Around it, new analytical depth in Sales Drivers with shipping and promo type dimensions, manufacturer-level analysis open to every qualifying company account, the freedom to renamed channels in your retailer's terms, and exports that finally behave like real dates in Excel.

🔐 Revamped Invitation Flow: More Secure, More Simple

Security and simplicity are not a trade-off. Now the onboarding flow delivers both.

The user invitation and password reset experience has been redesigned end to end, with stronger security at every step:

  • New users receive a magic link, not a 4-digit code. The link is active for 7 days, single-use, and bound to the invited email address, it cannot be used by anyone else or on any other account.

  • Expired links show a friendly message with a direct option to request a new one.

  • Password reset follows the same magic-link pattern. The reset link expires after 20 minutes and the email template has been updated to match.

The impact:
✅ Time-limited, single-use links replace codes that could be shared
✅ A cleaner, more trustworthy first experience for every new user
✅ Clear recovery paths when links expire, with no dead ends

🚚 Shipping & Promo Type in Sales Drivers: Decompose to a New Level

Regional performance hides in the data. Now you can surface it.

Sales Drivers now includes Shipping dimensions and Promo Type as both filters and reporting dimensions in the KPI tree:

  • Shipping City, Shipping Country, Shipping ZIP Code: group physical store sales by geography and identify where performance diverges.

  • Promo Type: break down your KPI decomposition by promotion type to see which activations actually drive the numbers.

  • Available as filters and as dimensions - use them separately or combine them.

The impact:
✅ Move from store-level noise to region-level signal in one dimension change
✅ Understand which promotion types drive your KPI movements
✅ Deeper omnichannel decomposition for retailers with rich shipping data

🏭 Manufacturer Filter for Company Accounts: Full-Spectrum Analysis, Every Account

Manufacturer-level insight was gated to one view. That changes now.

The Manufacturer filter and dimension is now available to all company accounts where the retailer has it enabled:

  • Appears in Sales Pulse filters and Sales Pulse dimensions for every qualifying account.

  • Use it as a filter to narrow Sales Pulse to a specific manufacturer's portfolio, or as a dimension to compare performance across manufacturers side by side in one view.

The impact:
✅ Manufacturer-level analysis available to every company account that qualifies
✅ Filter options scoped to what your account actually covers
✅ Masking rules respected automatically at every account level

🔍 Smarter Brand & Manufacturer Filter Dropdowns

The list now shows only what's relevant to you.

Brand and Manufacturer filter dropdowns in Sales Pulse now scope automatically to the brands and manufacturers present within your account's category range. Options outside your scope no longer appear in the list.

The impact:
✅ Cleaner, faster filter selection with no irrelevant options
✅ Results that reflect your actual product universe

📊 Excel-Native Dates in Sales Pulse Exports: Sort and Filter Like You Mean It

Text that looks like a date is not a date. Now it is.

In the Sales Pulse full export, the Detailed Data sheet now writes real Excel dates for monthly and daily granularity:

  • Monthly columns formatted as mm/yy (e.g. 08/26): sortable and filterable as dates in Excel.

  • Daily columns formatted as dd/mm/yyyy.

  • Weekly ranges and the aggregated summary sheet remain as text — no change there.

The impact:
✅ Sort and filter by date in Excel without manual reformatting
✅ Pivot tables and date formulas work correctly out of the box
✅ Daily and monthly exports consistent with Excel's native date handling

🏷️ Custom Channel Labels: Your Markets, Your Names

The platform now speaks your retailer's language, not the other way around.

The omnichannel source labels you see across the platform, in filters, dimensions, and exports can now reflect the exact terminology your retailer uses. No more translating between what the platform shows and what your team actually calls it:

  • Labels appear under your account with the names that match retailer's context:

    • Filters on Sales Pulse and all reporting screens

    • Dimensions in Sales Pulse and Sales Drivers

    • All data exports

  • The rename applies consistently everywhere, so what you see in a filter matches what you see in a dimension and in your export column headers.

Examples of how this looks in practice:

  • "Eshop" → "eCommerce", "Marketplace", or any retailer-defined name

  • "Physical Stores" → "In Store", "Stores", or equivalent

The impact:
✅ Reports and exports use retailer's customized channel names.
✅ Consistent terminology across every screen and every file, without manual renaming
✅ Presentations and analyses that speak your language from day one
