How the Product URLs status works

URL Status:

  • Missing: If the retailer's field in a product is empty then this URL status indicates "missing".

  • Pending: When you first add a URL to Manage Account then this URL status converts from missing to pending until the next crawl cycle (once per day/week depending on your plan).

  • Working: it means that the URL is working and we are able to collect data for this product from the retailer.

  • Not listed: If you know that this product is not listed in this specific retailer you can select this option and stall future searches for this URL.

  • Not Working: If a URL status changes to "not working", it means that the product page is not available anymore. In this case, the URL should be investigated and replaced with a working URL to continue with data collection.
