Creating an assets transformation template
In the Assets Transformation main menu, click on Templates and create a New Template by writing a name and optionally a description.
After you press continue, you are requested to set the transformation settings to create an image template:
Fill in the exact dimensions (width & height) of the final image or the scale % of the original image
Input the resolution in DPI
Decide if you want to change the image background
Add the images file type
Edit the naming pattern of the images
Select if you want to save the transformed assets in Promo Content
Select the retailers you want to automatically share the final images with
and click submit.
The template is now ready to be used!
To find it, in the asset transformation dashboard you select the images you want to transform to the new template and you click the apply presets button below.
The transformation flow starts immediately and its status can always be viewed in the flows dashboard. When the flow is completed you will be notified via email and you will notice that the progress bar color in the dashboard is now green.
The transformed assets can get downloaded directly by the flows with the blue arrow, or from the folder transformed assets within the Promo Content dashboard (if you have selected to share them there).
