How to manage Category Share URLs in eRetail Content

Why do we need your Category Share URLs?

In order to track your Navigation Share and Competition Analysis Navigation results, we need the category URLs from retailers you're tracking per category. Those URLs should be uploaded on Manage Account/ Category Share.

How to upload a single Category URL on eRetail Content?

1. Go on the retailer websites you are tracking.

2. Find the relevant retailer categories that host your products through the navigation menu.

3. Copy Category URL (don't open any products)

4. Go to eRetail Content/ Manage Account/ Category Share and paste the URL on your "retailer category" field. Note: Don't forget to fill in the retailer category name in the corresponding field.

5. Click on the "check" button and ensure that the URL status changes from "missing" to "pending".
