Import and Bulk Creation of Retail Media Campaigns via CSV

We’re introducing a powerful new feature to streamline our integration with retailers and expand them further: Import and Bulk Creation of Retail Media Campaigns using a CSV importer. This tool lets us quickly set up multiple campaigns simultaneously

How to Use the CSV Importer

Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File

  • Download the provided CSV template from the dashboard to ensure the correct format.

  • Fill in the required details for each campaign, such as:

    • Campaign Name

    • Start Date and End Date

    • Budget

    • Promoted products

    • Target Metrics (e.g., Orders, Sales Value)

    • etc...

Ensure that each field is completed as specified in the template to avoid errors during the import process.

Step 2: Import the CSV

  • Admins import the file through the UI following specific import rules.

Step 3: Review and Bulk Create Campaigns

  • Once the CSV is successfully uploaded, review the list of campaigns that will be created.

  • You can make final adjustments or edits if needed.

    • The same applies to company users with access to these campaign that can edit the Benchmarking options of each campaign. You can find more here.

  • Click “Create Campaigns” to finalize the process.

Why Use This Feature?

This feature not only saves time by allowing bulk creation of campaigns but also helps expand the eRAM system to support more integration types. By utilizing the CSV importer, we can manage a broader variety of campaigns across different integrations, enhancing our flexibility and campaign management capabilities.
